Police Taser Used on Pastor in Texas on a 42 year old pastor along with pepper spray to disperse members of his church after police stated that the pastor interfered with a traffic stop, in Webster, Texas.
Jose Moran was arrested early Wednesday morning, July 1st, 2009, after interfering with the duties of a public servant in the parking lot of a Webster, Texas, building that is being remodeled for the Iglesias Profetica Peniel Church, Webster police stated.
Moran’s son, Omar, stated that his father was just trying to help. Omar then stated that his father has heart problems.
