was written in 2002  and so far it is the only one that has surfaced. It is dated  July 7, 2002.

Michael Jackson’s Last Will and Testament
was signed by Michael Jackson in 2002, the will gives his mother Katherine Jackson custody of his three children and also puts his assets in a trust for the children.

Michael Jackson’s Last Will and Testament states that if Katerine Jackson is not alive, then the will states that if Katherine is not alive, than the responsibilities of the children and the estate, fall to Diana Ross.

    Whatever he wants that is what he should get and that is a fact.

    The only thing I don’t like is he never adopted the children so he is not legally or any other way their father.
