Acetic Acid-Ester Production-Vinegar

Acetic Acid-Ester Production-Vinegar…And On The First Day-God Made Vinegar or so scientists studying the origins of life on earth believe that when activated acetic acid (vinegar) came about, it was responsible for the formation of the first primitive life forms to evolve in the primordial soup.
Today, acetic acid is fundamental to the biochemistry of almost all forms of life. It’s the foundation for the acetyl/acetate group which is a plays the essential in the Krebs cycle among many other biochemical functions of living things.
In the human body, our liver produces acetate, and in the large intestine, a family of bacteria called acetobacter produce it as a by-product of processing carbohydrates into a usable form.
Without the ready availability of acetate in our system, we would not exist.
Acetate is essential to driving our nervous system, brain functions, cell regeneration, and on down to DNA repair. There are probably millions of studies about acetate’s importance to our biochemistry.
Acetic Acid-Ester Production-Vinegar and in spite of the volumes of research done about acetate’s importance to the human metabolism, there are very few references to it in nutritional studies other than animal husbandry.
As a “miracle cure” and tonic, apple cider vinegar is touted all over the Internet by naturopaths.
Many of the claims have a sound basis, but for the wrong reasons. When claims are made about minerals and vitamins, etc., there are not enough in the dosages recommended to have any real impact. It’s not the type of vinegar or the various trace constituents, but the acetic acid that is the key to vinegar’s effectiveness.
While most doctors have a sour opinion about people using vinegar, there is science to prove that a few tablespoons diluted in a drink, several times a day can benefit people.
Acetic Acid-Ester Production-Vinegar and most of the free acetate found in our blood is produced in the large intestine. If for some reason such as the use of antibiotics, lack of fiber, or health problems associated with the bowls, the bacteria are not producing enough acetate, it may cause problems.
Adding a little acetate to the system a few times a day in your food or drink can’t hurt anyone and may well clear up a problem.
Many people find that a vinegar based drink like kombucha tea gives them and energy boost.
People who suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and gout swear by vinegar for alleviating the conditions, and even curing the problem.
Acetic Acid-Ester Production-Vinegar and Baby Boomers with acid reflux claim that vinegar helps them.
The actual list of health problems people say taking vinegar has helped are to lengthy to note in this article.
While the actual science is difficult to find, there are feasible explanations buried in the scientific gobbledygook of research papers.
If you decide to give vinegar a try, it’s best to use unpasteurized types because they, not only will it give you a quick energy fix or fast relief from the gout, etc., but it will help to beef-up the acetobacter population in your intestines. Just be cautious if you are on medications, don’t do vinegar shortly before or after taking your medicine.
Making your own unpasteurized vinegar is as easy as falling off a log. All you have to do is buy some fruit juice, open the top, cover it with a piece of cloth, place it in a warm place out of the sunlight, and let nature take it’s course for two or three weeks. Acetobacter are ubiquitous in the environment and already in the juice if it hasn’t been pasteurized.

If you want a tasty, eye-opening kick in the morning or any time, try a smoothie with a few tablespoons of vinegar or add it to your juice.
Acetic Acid-Ester Production-Vinegar is a host of natural possible cures for aliments such as gout and arthritis. Do not over look this simple affective and cost effective remedy.
