Tyler Weinman-Teenager Arrested For Killing 19 Cats-Is Under House Arrest after he was released on bond.
Tyler Weinman is only 18 and accused of mutilating and killing 19 pet cats in an area between where his mother and father’s residences.
(pic) Over confident Weinman flashes a quick smile to photographers and reporters as he entered the courtroom.
He was fitted for an ankle bracelet for electronic monitoring and then escorted home by Miami-Dade Police.
He also faces charges for improper disposal of dead animals and burglary…in the month long cat killing spree.
Tyler Weinman-Teenager Arrested For Killing 19 Cats-Is Under House Arrest and Judge John Thornton ordered Weinman released after a court appointed psychologist found the teen was mentally competent and not a danger to himself or others.
Weinman is due back in court July 6th, 2009, for arraignment.
