The police claim that after Great Grandmother, Kathryn Winkfein was stopped for driving 15 miles over the speed limit in a construction zone, she disobeyed an order to sign the speeding ticker, used profane language, and became violent.

The authorities say the officer who tased Winkkfein and took her to be booked for resisting arrest was completely justified in his actions.

However, Winkfein says thats a lie, and the video appears to back her up.

Constable Richard McCain is the Nazi constable who is fearful of this “little ole’ lady from Pasadena.” Or was he saving her life, pushing her back from the road?

    These older ladies could be a handful because they can be very stubborn and that is a facf.

    He tried to protect her from getting hurt and the more he requested things from her the more she was out of line. I don’t think the cop was out of line at all she should have known better and that is a fact.
