Who is this man? Desmond Hachett, 29 from Tennessee. Unfortunately for the children, he is facing other charges as well…like probation violation and might be heading back to jail soon. Desmond has a 14 page file with the police.
Because, Desmond only makes minimum wage and the authorities can only take half of his pay check…some mothers only get $1.98 a month. 21 children are getting the short end of the stick. This man gives the term “baby daddy,” a whole new meaning.
