Woodstock Ontario Man And Woman Charged In The Abduction And Murder of 8 Year Old Victoria Stafford and A Massive Search Starts For Her Little Body.
The search for Tori’s remains is concentrated in a rural area called Rockwood, which is east of Guelph, Ontario, 70 kilometres north east of Woodstock, Ontario. The authorities were seen using search dogs on a farm land Wednesday afternoon.
Michael Rafferty, 28, a Woodstock, Ontario resident is charged in the abduction and murder of little eight year old Victoria (Tori) Stafford who went missing since April 8, 2009. Rafferty was charged Wednesday, May 20th, 2009.
Terri-Lynne McClintic, 18, has also been charged with abduction and accessory after the fact to murder.
If you remember, little Tori was last seen in a grainy surveillance video walking with a woman away from her school. Believed to be the same person.
The couple were arrested after midnight, Wednesday morning, May 20th, 2009, at a rundown house in Woodstock, about 140 kilometres west of Toronto.
