Rule number one do not wear high water pants when trying to smuggle birds into the country.

I didn’t find this in the least to be funny and I think it best that the NEWS reporter not to laugh at this horrible story.
I very surprised to see them laughing and I am sure all the bird lovers out there including myself are not laughing.
