I really don’t care what he does or does not do I don’t want him representing the United States in anything because that make us all sound like that is what we all of us do in the United States.
If he needs to swim that is fine but do it in his private pool where nobody can watch him swim for one thing I don’t trust him at all and that is a fact.
The first time was from drinking and now drugs he should be kicked out of the swimming competion and that is a fact.
