Authorities have been searching for the 57 year old, University of Georgia, marketing professor, since the April 25th, 2009, shootings in Athens, about 70 miles east of Atlanta.
Dogs Find A Dead Body Near The Zinkhan Jeep and Search Area and the Athens, Clarke County Police Department, along with federal and state agencies, stated that an emergency K-9 response team, found the body during an extensive evidentiary search of the area.
The body was found in an area off of Cleveland Road near the Jackson County line and Baby Boomers, if you remember, Zinkhan’s vehicle was found May 1st, 2009, in a wooded area close by, where the cadaver was found.
Dogs Find A Dead Body Near The Zinkhan Jeep and Search Area and the recovered body will be transported to the GBI State Crime Laboratory for positive identification. It sounds to me that there is now a fourth killing related to George Kinkhan.
