Florida Mom Makes Children Move Fathers Murdered Body 21 Years Ago. It is a 21 year old Orange County cold case that has been reopened and resulted in the arrest of a longtime school teacher on a charge of first degree murder, in the connection with the death of her husband.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office worked together on the March 1988 killing of Clarence Laster.
His wife, Delores Laster, told investigators then that she came home from a trip to Gainesville, Florida and found signs of a break in and discovered her husband shot to death in their garage.
“They found him dead and he was wrapped in plastic,” neighbor Mae Glover said. Glover is one of the last people still living in the old Pine Hills neighborhood, in Ocala, Florida, who was also living there in March 1988.
She said she remembers when her neighbor was killed. She states she was suspicious of Delores Laster’s story.”We thought to ourselves, ‘Hmm, that’s kind of weird.’”
In 2008, FDLE agent Tony Rodriguez and Sheriff’s Cpl. Duwana Pelton took a closer look at this two-decade-old slaying. After interviewing family members, they discovered inconsistencies in their stories.
The case was brought to a grand jury, and on Tuesday, April 21st, 2009, jury members indicted Delores Laster on a charge of first degree murder with a firearm.
Apparently, Dolores shut her husband in bed while sleeping and when she couldn’t drag the body by herself, she woke 2 of her 9 children up and had then help drag him to the garage. He was at the time alive and moaning. She left him there to die, while she took the children to Gainesville, Florida.

This woman is so totally ill I can’t even express this she needs to be hung by her feet until she bleeds out of her ears and that is a fact.
I feel so badly for her children I just can’t imagine what they went through having to handle their father in such a manner how horrible.
It seems that teachers are dangerous to their partners lives it really makes me wonder about some teachers.

Maybe he needed killing. Women sometimes can only see one way out of a life or death situation. It’s his life or hers. For the kids to protect their mother for so long, they must have felt the same way.
