Beatrice “Bea” Arthur (May 13, 1922 – April 25, 2009) was an American comedian, actress, and singer. In a career spanning seven decades, Arthur achieved success as the title character,
Maude Findlay, on the 1970s sitcom Maude, and as Dorothy Zbornak on the 1980s sitcom The Golden Girls. Arthur won an Emmy for both roles.

Most Baby Boomers remember her for the two rolls mentioned above and she will be missed by many.

    She was so funny you never knew what she was going to say and that is so rare today.

    She is now on the otherside of the curtain and at total peace without any pain and joining my mother and having a great time and that is all that counts.

    MAY GOD BLESS HER ENTIRE FAMILY GOING THROUGH THIS VERY TOUGH TIME NOW AND FOR ALL TIME AS I AM SURE HE IS!!!
