Create a Cute Family Easter Craft-Jelly Bean Topiaries and make a great center piece or gift.

MATERIALS:

* Styrofoam cone in any size you’d like, be creative
* Terracotta pot in proportion to the styrofoam cone you have picked out. There are even animals.
* Jelly Beans
* 1 lb. powdered sugar
* Table knife
* Ribbon
* Glue gun and glue sticks

DIRECTIONS:

* Put 1 ½ c. powdered sugar in a small bowl.
* Add water to sugar one teaspoon at a time, creating a “paste” like mixture. This paste needs to be stiff enough to hold the candies to the cone without sagging.
* Add water or sugar as needed to create the necessary thickness to stick to the cone or shape you have chosen.
* Cover the cone with “paste” and cover with jelly beans. Begin at the bottom and work to the top.
* Allow to dry completely.
* Glue the cone to the top of the terracotta pot and trim with ribbon.

* Decorate to the size and shape that you are doing. Have fun and get the children or grand children involved.
