Casey Anthony, Jose Baez and Prosecutors Go To Court Again Over Caylee Anthony Case. Casey Anthony, who is accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, is expected in court Wednesday, March 35th, 2009, for a hearing on whether she’ll have to reveal where she’s getting money for her defense.
Prosecutors are very curious as to how Casey Anthony is paying her legal fees and now they are demanding Anthony show how she’s paying for an expensive team of lawyers and expert witnesses, without any known assets or her parents having any know assets.
According to the prosecutors, Casey Anthony’s only tangible asset, is her story ”or otherwise valueless items, such as photographs or video tapes, which have value only because of her story.”
So, here we have Casey Anthony behind bars where she can not arrange to sell the photos or videos herself and it is prosecutors belief that only her attorney, Jose Baez, is in a position to make such deals and they say this could present a conflict of interest and possibly shape the way Baez handles the case to make the story more valuable.
The defense, in its filed objection, called for an end to “speculation” about how Anthony would pay her legal fees. Baez’s retainer agreement ”does not contain any clauses allowing him financial gain based on selling the rights to Ms. Casey Anthony’s ”story.”
I don’t know how I feel about this…I don’t like the idea of “Big Brother” but I do not like the idea of Casey Anthony making money over little Caylee Anthony’s death.

I just wish with all of heart that this case would end because everyone seems to forget that there is this little innocent child that is gone because someone didn’t love her enough to take good care of her.
She is now some where she is loved and being taken care of like she should have been on this side of the curtain.
If there ever was a death penalty case, this should have been. Casey going to get what she deserves in prison ’cause baby killers get special attention from her fellow prisoners. Caylee will forever be remembered as a child who never got a chance and that is a damn shame. Judgement day a cometh Casey and hell is the death penalty you deserve…..May your daughter haunt your dreams, see her in your nightmares. Caylee is in Gods hands now..damn shame it ended so soon….
