Jade Goody-British Reality TV Celebrity Loses Battle With Cervical Cancer died Sunday, March 22, 2009. Jade Goody, 27, became ill and was then diagnosed with cancer in August 2008, while working on the Indian version of “Big Brother.”
Jade passed away in her sleep at home in Essex, east of London, just before 4 a.m. (12AM, EDT). At her bedside were her mother, Jackiey Budden and Jack Tweed, who she married last month in a lavish wedding ceremony.
Goody leaves behind 2 sons, Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4, whose father is TV host, Jeff Brazier.
