Ruth Madoff Goes Under The DA and Federal Microscope as Ruth Madoff looks down upon New York from her ivory tower… wonder what she must be thinking as she realized her worst fears…the FEDS are after me too. Could any woman not be aware of what her husband is doing in today’s society? That might have been believable back in the 40′s or 50′s, but today???

Was it all a bed of roses for her? Does she not deserve some of the STOLEN money from her husbands investors just being married to such a louse?

While her husband, scumbag, Bernard Madoff, currently sits behind bars at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City, after pleading guilty to charges linked to a $65 billion dollar scam, prosecutors are now looking to seize the assets of Mrs. Madoff. Papers have been filed in court outlining the government’s notice of intent to seek forfeiture of certain belongings linked to the Madoff’s lavish lifestyle.

Yes, Baby Boomers, the dominoes are starting to fall.

It seems, Ruth Madoff was an employee of Madoff Securities and though, she has not yet been accused of any wrong doing and the Madoff’s attorneys have said she alone, is the owner of some $62 million in cash and bonds and a $7 million Manhattan penthouse…and none of these are related to her husband’s fraud…and they saw that justice is blind, well so must Ruth Madoff be too or at least wearing blinders.

Despite the high paid lawyers protests and petitions…the feds want to seize that $62 million as well as homes in Montauk, New York, West Palm Beach, and Cap d’Antibes, France; a yacht fittingly called “Bull”, two fishing boats and another boat in Ruth Madoff’s name. They’ve also targeted jewelry valued at $2.6 million; there’s four cars, including two Mercedes-Benz automobiles; also of note, a $39,000 Steinway piano and $65,000 worth of silverware, all owned by Ruth Madoff.

What’s the big deal? Well Baby Boomers, it seems the innocent until proven GUILTY, Ruth Madoff withdrew more than $15 million from a firm co-owned by her husband, plus $10 million for pocket change, on the day their two sons turned her husband over to authorities. Whether this proves the couple was trying to hide money that could be used to reimburse investors…you do not have to be a rocket scientist to get this picture.

Bernie Madoff declared in court that he acted alone (how noble). He has made no deal with prosecutors and is not obligated to disclose what, if anything at all, Ruth Madoff knew about the largest Ponzi scheme in history.

I saw…let her keep her jewelry, clothes and shoes and then send her out the back door and onto the NY streets and just maybe she will run into someone else that got their life savings taken away too…by Bernard Madoff and she will be able to relate how they feel.
