Former Pro Wrestler-Andrew “Test” Martin Found Dead In Tampa Florida inside his apartment, Friday, March 13Th, 2009, only days before his 34Th birthday.
“Test” was a pro wrestler for close to 10 years, mostly for World Wrestling Entertainment, was found dead inside his apartment, on Harbor Place Drive, by a neighbor.
Officers found his body after a neighbor called police, saying she could see Martin through an apartment window and that he hadn’t moved in several hours. Investigators say that foul play is not suspect, but an autopsy will be performed to determine how the former pro wrestler passed away.
“Test” debuted in the WWE in 1998, alongside wrestling champion Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
According to his “MySpace” page, he retired last December but had just returned from working in Japan and was planning to leave for a 2 week trip to Europe this Monday, just a day before his 34Th birthday.
“Test” was born March 17, 1975 in Whitby, Ontario, Canada.

During his time with WWE, Martin held the Intercontinental, European and Hardcore belts. He was also a tag-team champion and most recently worked for TNA Wrestling under the name “The Punisher” Andrew Martin.
Perhaps there was something going on in “Test’s” life as he recently had 2 DUI arrests, the last being in April, 2008, in Pasco County.
