She needs a lot of help and I don't trust her at with all of those babies. You can see that her mother or the babies grandmother has had enough and she won't be able to handle all of this work with more babies. This is such a sad story because this disaster can't be undone I think that these babies have to be put up for adoption for them to have a good chance in life and that is a fact.
