		<description>Salt or no kosher salt...it is a fun recipe and great to eat. 
Not everyone can have salt. 
I am one of those. 
But, I know what to put salt on and what not to put salt on. 
I can stand about everything but eggs and liver with out salt and I usually substitute garlic power for salt as it is a natural water retention reducer as well.
