The 3 day tuna diet will put your health at risk because it is actually a 3 day starvation diet.
Starvation diets can easily get tired, sluggish, and even feel cold when your body begins starvation mood soon after the beginning of the three day tuna diet. In some cases people have reported dreaming about food and having food dancing in front of them when awake. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms your body is probably in starvation mood.
Do you believe at the end of the 3 Day Tuna Diet that you will lose 10 lbs? The answer is absolutely no. The 3 Day Tuna Diet gives the illusion of lasting for three days…but truth be know, you are on and off the diet for a full month.

There have been studies done as far back as the 1970′s and they show that the average dieter will ultimately gain up to eight pounds in the weeks after the diet.

There are lots of diets that are geared towards weight loss. Some of these diets can be good ways to lose weight, yet others focus on eliminating healthy foods and calories. The 3 Day Tuna Diet may drop pounds fast in the beginning but in the end…beware, you will most likely gain the weight back you lost and perhaps…even more.
