9 Year Old Arizona Boy Pleads Guilty to Killing Dad and Friend
9 Year Old Arizona Boy Pleads Guilty to Killing Dad and Friend. He plead guilty to one count of negligent homicide under terms of a plea agreement that does not specify jail time but places him on “intensive probation.”
The Arizona boy, who was 8 when the deaths took place in November 5Th, 2008, entered the plea in an Apache County (Arizona) Superior Court hearing. In exchange for the plea, two counts of murder were dropped. The murders, being those of his father, Vincent Romero, 29, and the friend of the father, Tim Romans, 39, who rented a room in Romero’s home in St. Johns, Arizona. Both men were found dead at the home. Authorities leased information the next day that the boy confessed to shooting them with a .22-caliber weapon.

This is so totally insane that I don’t have the words. This baby is being lead by the police and that is a fact.
Can you just picture this child is spoken to by police with a gun on their side where this baby could see it? Can you just imagine the fear that gun would instill in this child?
I was raped when I was nine (9) years old and I was to afraid to talk because he was a teacher and he told me that if I talked he would kill my family and let me watch it didn’t stop until I was twenty-one years old that was because I got married. So could just imagine how afraid this child was with the cops all around him with guns he would admit to anything being afraid he might die if he doesn’t say what they want to hear.
All of these charges have to thrown out and that is a fact NOW!!!
