Want Better Health Wellness Fitness-Take a Deep Breath And Try The Air Diet

Try the Air Diet if you Want Better Health Wellness Fitness Just Take a Deep Breath And Try The Air Diet.
The only component of the Air Diet is Air. Air has been the basis of diets before, especially in the extreme case of Wiley Brooks, the self-styled “breatherian” who subsisted entirely upon air.
The Air Diet doesn’t require you to avoid any foods. What it requires is that you learn breathing techniques. It is a technique that works, and its results are surprising and in some cases startling.
The technique is simple. Every day, set aside a period for concentrated, rhythmical deep breathing. Your goal is to breathe more air. Concentrate on expanding the lungs, the rib cage and the diaphragm. Any approach will work for you. You can use this technique while exercising, while still lying in bed, while driving in the car, just about any where.
What you do not want to do is breathe so rapidly or forced that you hyperventilate. Just concentrate, really work at it and breath air. Eventually, the effect will spread over the rest of the day, even when the technique is not being consciously performed, and you will be able to breathe deeper. Without any change in the rest of your diet or exercise regimen, you will slowly start to lose weight.
The best part is that your brain and other parts of your body will also reap the benefits of more oxygen.
Why does the air diet work? No one knows for sure, but there is a plausible explanation, exercise does increase breathing rate and lung capacity, because more oxygen is needed to burn the fuel that muscles demand. Our human bodies are heat machines, demanding a constant source of fuel, in the form of carbohydrates and fat. Oxygen is necessary to burn that fuel. The more oxygen that is supplied, the faster the fuel will burn. That means a slow but steady weight loss..
The best way to explain what happens is to use a campfire example. If you blow on a fire it will flare because it is getting oxygen or air. The same thing happens with your body when it gets more air or oxygen with the Air Diet. Can you burn more than you need, past satisfying the demands of the work done by your muscles? The extra oxygen will burn extra calories. Will your body take in more oxygen than it needs? Undoubtedly so, as that is exactly what happens when you hyperventilate.
In the beginning with the Air Diet, you may feel a little light-headed so be careful not to hyperventilate. There is no other need to worry about unknown side effects the only component of the Air Diet is air. Not even the FDA has to worry about this diet, because it is just air! No need to change any other aspect of your life. Breath more and deeper. Lose more weight by breathing with the air diet.
There is one more way you can make air work for you. You can increase the volume of food, by adding air, creating increased feelings of fullness. You may actually eat fewer calories to control your weight. Pennsylvania State University did a small study on food and air…men who drank high volume milkshakes before lunch ate fewer calories during lunch than men who drank a low volume shakes. All of the shakes contained the same number of calories. However, the men didn’t make up the difference in calories by eating more later on.
You can trick your stomach into thinking you have eaten more by choosing foods with high volume relative to calories. An omelette is another fluffy air food, as is angle food cake….you can “volumize” eight ounces of fat-free milk in a blender in the morning by adding some fruit for fun and nutrients. You might find you don’t want an extra muffin or piece of bacon. Also, choose foods that have a high volume of water, those that have broth-type soups, fruits and vegetables to fill your stomach without large numbers of empty calories.
Does it work for everybody? No diet works for everyone and there are a million possible factors that could be influencing the outcome. The income we are looking for is weight loss.
Do not substitute the Air Diet for any diet that has been prescribed for you by a medical doctor. This is not a miracle diet, it is a slow and steady process and it may take a lot of time and hard work but there can be a weight loss.
