I personaly have known that for years and years and now everyone wakes up about this fact.
I personally drink eight (8) to nine (9) glasses of water a day and don’t feel hungry. I don’t snack in between meals at all and I keep my weight on constant level.
It is almost like everyone woke up for the first time in their lives and noticed water.
Drinking enough water is probably THE most helpful diet tip EVER! Most Americans suffer from chronic dehydration which causes everything from poor digestion and mental fogginess and weight gain.
Also, your suggestion for a good water filter is an absolute MUST considering the pesticide residues that exist in most tap water. What a wonderful post! Keep up the good work!
