Jose Baez-The Casey Anthony Attorney Seeks Chloroform Information on Richardo Morales, an ex-boyfriend of Casey Anthony.
Baez, the attorney for Casey Anthony filed a motion late Friday afternoon seeking more information about an ex-boyfriend of Casey Anthony, who posted a picture on MySpace. That Picture showed a man and woman with the title “win her over with chloroform.”
That motion requested that the Orange County Prosecutors turn over information about Ricardo Morales, including details about a forensic examination conducted on his computer.
In the discovery papers that were turned over by the state to Anthony’s defense team, it was revealed that detectives questioned Morales twice since little Caylee Anthony came up missing..
In October in a second interview, Morales said he dated Casey Anthony from January through mid-April. He also said that he posted the chloroform picture on his MySpace page around the beginning of 2008. It was sometime after that, when someone did a search for the word “chloroform” on the home computer of George and Cindy Anthony, where Casey Anthony lived with Caylee.
A short time later, Morales and Anthony broke up.
When Morales was asked about the photo, he told detectives it was “kind of funny.” The photo was not removed from Morales’s MySpace page until after Casey Anthony was arrested.
If you remember, forensic teams found trace amounts of chloroform in Casey Anthony’s car.
Morales also told detectives that Casey Anthony had access to his computer when she was at his apartment. He told detectives that he never had a conversation with Casey Anthony about chloroform nor did he recall her ever asking about chloroform or the image on his MySpace page.
Morales laptop was analyzed, and detectives noted that “there was nothing incriminating on his computer” although “it appeared some files had been deleted” the same day it was turned over to detectives.
Baez said he wants to determine if the evidence is incriminating, so he filed the motion, which could be heard as early as Friday, January 30Th, 2009.
A judge did rule on Friday that Casey Anthony, 22, who is still incarcerated on first degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, must now attend all court proceedings in her case. She has no other options. She must appear for all court proceedings, related to her case.

Everybody that is involved with this case is sick upto and including the grandparents and the brother.
Now we are going to involve the boyfriend, everyone that even got close to Casey has a mental problem of some kind because it seems she has a bad influence on people no matter who they might be and that seems to be a fact.
The fact of the matter is that innocent child is gone to otherside of the curtain for no reason but because nobody loved her enought to protect her.
According to the grandparents they loved her so much she was so important to them if that being the case why did they allow this child go out the door with this “mother that was not well balanced? Because they couldn’t afford having her anymore?
That is why I will continue to say all of them no exception should be put into jail for murder of this innocent child because none of them cared enough to take care of her.
She was an innocent two (2) year old who had all of these people around her but NOBODY cared about her but they did care about themselves FIRST, LAST and ALWAYS and that is a fact.
No real grandparents would allow their grandchild go with a mother that had been doing all of those horrible things previously and if she did leave like she did call 911 and get her way before thirty-one (31) days this entire thing smells very badly and that is a fact.
