Acai has only recently become an internationally popular super food, especially amongst the elite, who drink it like water. Yet it has been cherished by the South American natives of the Amazon for hundreds of years and they have used the acai berry as a healing fruit.

The assistant professor Talcott says “We are just beginning to understand the complexity of the Acai Berry and its health promoting effects.” Other research at the University of Florida are also underway to determine the acai berry’s benefits on blood pressure, cholesterol levels, heart health and related health indicators. All of this from the little deep purple berry from the deep Amazon and Brazilian Rain Forests, found up in the highest of palm trees.

What happened to the Goji Berry
I can not stand the Goji Berry Juice. I bought two bottles to try it out and I took it back. It was the worst tasting thing I had tasted in a long time…Now I know what warm camel piss tastes like…Goji Juice.
