Missouri Man Buries Incest Babies In Ice Coolers and that is not the half of it, Baby Boomers. Hold on to something, because this story is going to make you want to punish this man your self.

From Harrisonville Missouri, in Cass County, prosecutors announced charges against a man for “allegedly” raping his teenage daughter and killing at least one of the babies and that is just the tip of the ice berg.

Low life, Danial M. Rinehart, 47, was charged with one count of second-degree murder, endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, two counts of incest and two counts of abandonment of a corpse.

It seems that Rinehart fathered four children with his daughter, who was only 13 years old, when this astrosity started. She is now 19 years old. Only one of the girl’s children is alive. That child is three years old and is a ward of the state.

The 13 year olds’ first baby, a little girl, died during childbirth. The authorities have not found her little body yet. It is believed that she might be buried in Oklahoma. The family was living there, at the time and authorities are still investigating and searching for its body.

The teen’s other two children are believed to be buried in rural Cass County. One was a 3 month old boy known as J.R. The other was a girl born last spring. The dead infants are reported to have been placed in make shift coffins of ice coolers.

Sheriff Dwight Diel said the investigation began in Oct. 3, 2008, after receiving a tip that there were two babies buried in a rural Harrisonville garage. No remains were found. But then in January, investigators said they received a call from the new owners of the property, who told detectives that they found some small human bones.

“Deputies were sent to investigate and found what appeared to be the remains of a small child in a sealed ice cooler. Continued investigation found what appeared to be the body of a second small child in a second ice cooler,” Diehl said.

The so-called mother and wife of Rinehart, Linda Rinehart, has also been charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Local station, KMBC’s reporter Peggy Breit, reported that Danial Rinehart was soft spoken at his first court appearance.

When his niece, Theresa Sims was interviewed, she said that Rinehart was known in the family as a brutal and violent man. She was at the court appearance on Friday, “just to look at him.”

Miss Sims continued her statement by saying that, “I just wanted to see for myself that it was really him, and he was really going in, and finally getting caught for what he’s done. The whole time growing up, we saw the kids being abused.” Miss Sims last saw Linda Rinehart at church but has stated that their mother were also abused by their mother.

“At church she was saying that all this was false and that none of it was true, and she was mad at her daughters for lying, and starting up problems when nothing was true,” Miss Sims said. “The rest of the family didn’t know about the daughter’s pregnancies, they only knew that all of the children seemed neglected and were terrified of their parents.”

“It’s kind of scary, and I know some of my family members were kind of scared of him, and comments he’s made and comments we’ve heard (he’s made) toward the kids. But, no one made any calls to the child abuse hot line.”

Sims said she was amazed by the courage of her cousin for finally reporting the crime. “She was the only one strong enough and bold enough…not knowing what was going to happen,” Sims said.

BUT…According to court documents, Linda Rinehart fully and openly admitted she knew that her husband had been molesting the couple’s second daughter, and that the daughter had four children by him.

Cass County Prosecutor Teresa Hensley stated that, “The birth and death are the result of a six-year sexual molestation of his daughter, who is now 19, which began when she was only 13.”

Both parents, Danial and Linda Rinehart have admitted to helping with the births, according to court records. The couple said two of their daughter’s other babies died in childbirth.

Prosecutors said there are no records of any intervention within the Rinehart family.The family kept a low profile and didn’t allow the children to go to school, plus they moved around a lot so not to get caught.

Prosecutors requested a $500,000 cash only bond on Danial Rinehart.

The Rineharts used to live in the Dolores Rineharts back yard. She is the Mother of Danial Rinehart. She had no idea what was going on in her back yard in a camper and recreation vehicle, behind her house. She has since sold the home where the bones of two babies were found buried in her garage,
in rural Harrisonville .

Dolores Rinehart has been stated as saying that her son, his wife and the daughter who bore his children lived in a camper and a recreational vehicle behind the main house. But Dolores Rinehart said that her son kept his family away from her and described the group as drifters.

“(I knew) nothing at all. They kept the gates locked so I couldn’t go back. I didn’t go back to none of them campers,” Dolores Rinehart said. “And if I went out there, one of his granddaughters ran out ahead of me. He threatened them girls. (He said) if they told me, he would kill them.”

“For three years they lived back there, and I didn’t know there was a baby. I didn’t know nothing,” she said. “I was in the house, and I didn’t know it. I didn’t even know that girl was pregnant. To me I think I’m kind of dumb, to know that these things happened and I didn’t know about it.”

“They’ve been on the run. Dan’s run from Social Security, Dan’s run from everything,” she said. “He didn’t want to work and Linda was around most of the time.”

“Neither one of them should have ever been parents, because they didn’t take care of them right,” I still love my son, but I can’t go along with what he’s done. I don’t know what else to say. It hurts, it hurts deeply,” said Delores Rinehart.

The Rineharts have four children, all girls and all terrified of their parents. Two of the girls have come forward and say that they were terrified and feared for their lives but they do want their parents punished for what they have done.

“Our dad told us if we’d say something, we’re dead. We’d get in trouble,” said Hayley Rinehart, 18.

We’d get in trouble for it, deeply. That’s why nobody knew about anything. That’s why all the gates out there were locked 24/7. When they left, gates were locked. So, no one really knew about anything,” said Terry Rinehart, 20.

So, there you have it Baby Boomers. Child molester, monster, a Mother who went along with the ballgame…who knew that the father was molesting her children. With all four children being girls and a predator in the house…I am sure there is more than one girl who has been molested.
