Marcus Schrenker Indicted In Florida and Indiana Will Seek Extradition Next for charges of an unlawful act by a compensated adviser and unlawful transaction by an investment adviser.

Marcus Schrenker, a scumbag, financial manager and pilot who faces separate charges in Indiana on suspicion of defrauding investors, was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury. He is suspected of suspected of trying to fake his death by parachuting from a plane before it crashed has been indicted on charges of willfully damaging an aircraft and triggering a Coast Guard rescue attempt.

Some of you might say, “big deal.” Well, it was…Between the distress call and the plane crash, the Coast Guard dispatched rescue helicopters from New Orleans, Louisiana, and Mobile, Alabama, to seek the aircraft, according to an affidavit filed in support of the federal charges. Two F-15 fighter jets also were scrambled to intercept the aircraft, authorities said.

His six seater plane crashed January 11, 2009, in East Milton, Florida, with no one aboard, and only yards from local family homes.

Federal prosecutors allege that scumbag Schrenker communicated a false distress message from his private plane and caused the Coast Guard “to attempt to save lives and property when no help was needed.”

Here’s what he did…Schrenker took off alone January 11 from Anderson, Indiana, in a Piper PA-46 en route to Destin, Florida. Then…Over Alabama, he contacted air traffic controllers, saying the windshield had imploded and he was bleeding profusely.

It is believed he then put the aircraft on autopilot and parachuted to the ground. He then told another whoppin’ lie to the police in Alabama, stating that he had been in a canoe accident with friends and had a patrol officer take him to a hotel. Which he then ran away from…never entering the room.

He then fled on foot to a storage unit where he had a motorcycle waiting for him (under an assumed name). Took off on that…wound up near Tallahassee Florida in a camp ground where he was finally arrested.

OH yes, he also had wounds on his wrist where he “TRIED” to commit suicide. Which I don’t believe either. Yes, call me callused and cold hearted…or you can tell that to the people he has lied to and stolen their hard earned money, to the tune of MILLIONS…but, I don’t think they will listen to you either.

He spent the weekend in a Tallahassee, Florida, hospital, under guard, still costing the public more money. He was released from the hospital and transferred to Pensacola, Florida, where he is currently housed at the Escambia County Jail.

Affidavits say that the F-15s followed the plane in the air near Birmingham, Alabama, and reported “the window was intact, the door was open, no lights were illuminated on the plane, there was no pilot on board and the plane appeared to be on autopilot. The F-15s followed the plane until it crashed” in Florida.

Just hours before Schrenker was found on January 13, he was charged in Indiana with with one felony count each of an unlawful act by a compensated adviser and unlawful transaction by an investment adviser. Authorities believe that scum bag Schrenker has defrauded investors through all three of the companies he owns They are based in an Indianapolis, Illinois suburb.

He did this “supposedly” theft through getting licences in other states to keep his trail hard to find and then through three separate companies making the paper chase very hard.

Schrenker is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in federal court, and is set for a detention hearing on Monday, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Florida.

Indiana officials agreed to allow the federal case against Schrenker in Florida to proceed before seeking extradition to Indiana, federal prosecutors.

Taken their children and left so that they would not be the subject of ridicule in school. It is a shame that children have to pay for the crimes of their father.

This man’t balls need to be removed very slowly and then water board him and then hang by what is left of his tool and that is a fact.
All of this needs to be done in the town square TODAY because that is what he did to all of the people that believed in him.
If more of this would happen to people that are so bad a lot of this would end and that is a fact.
