Discovery Documents Have Been Released For The Caylee Anthony Murder Case in Orlando Florida.
Just released documents in the murder of Orlando, Florida child Caylee Anthony show that she was placed in a laundry hamper bag and had silver duct tape around her mouth.
The documents, made public Wednesday, include reports from police and crime scene investigators, FBI crime lab reports and transcripts of 911 calls placed by the meter reader who found the girl’s remains, according to MyFOXOrlando.com.
There are over 300 pages of discovery released, after having been turned over to the defense team for Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony, who is charged with her daughters murder.
What Does The Report Say?
That the evidence shows that Caylee Anthonys’ body was placed in a laundry bag that was then sealed in a plastic garbage bag before it was left in the woods, where it was found. The tape around Caylee’s mouth had a heart shaped sticker on it. There was also duct tape attached to her little head.

As I keep saying and I will continue saying “The Apple Never Falls From The Tree’ this entire family is sick. If she didn’t do this horrible act I think the only one left is her Casey’s father he can’t look at her at all. What is he hiding what did he do Casey?
I will also keep saying they should take grandpa’s DNA to find out if he isn’t the father of this beautiful child and they haven’t done it and they better best do so.
I think this entire family needs to be put into jail because they are all guilty of this child’s death and that is a fact.
As I repeat the “THE APPLE DOESN’T FALL FROM THE TREE” if one is rotten they are all rotten and that is the way it is. To me it seems they are all hiding something.
On Friday night, The Nancy Grace Show ran video clips of the grandfather. In one clip he was carrying a trash bag to the curb. The bag was black with yellow ties.
how did the law know to obtain a bag to match-from the anthonys home in JULY-when the body was not found until–AUGUST? who knew the baby was in a bag? why did the bag samples change as noted by the PI investigator?
I hate Nancy Grace. Don’t defend tot mom at all, but I think NG has run this story into the ground. I’m from Orlando and I hate it how are our community is on the nightly news.
She’s rude, self righteous, cuts people off. She doesn’t deserve to be on CNN. Makes me angry.
I disagree with Adam. I think Nancy Grace is great. So what that this happened in Orlando and your ‘poor’ city is on the nightly news. Besides doing her job, which is getting viewers and ratings, she is doubly helping by raising the awareness of abused and kidnapped children. It seems to me that there has been an epidemic in humanity that no one wants to talk about. Well, she’s talking about it and getting others to talk about it, as well. The mere fact that you get angry at her trying to get down to the truth makes me kinda wonder about the morality and priority of humanity……
Well I still dont see the fingerprints! And , I hate seeing her sittting there in Jail, she has not been proven guilty by any means! Yes I do agree that she should have called in when she was missing and she should be charged for that? But, I still say look more into the “meter man” or who ever he wants to call himself! And the brother! Come on, this is still the UNITED STATED STATES, NOT GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN! SHE HAS NOT BEEN FOUND GUILTY! And something in me from day 1 just keeps telling me she DID NOT KILL HER DAUGHTER! Yes, i know your going to disagree with me on this? Has she acted like a mother from day one? If your child was missing for 1-3 hours, how would you have responded? Would you have been out partying? Would you have at least gone to your parents?
What about the lies that she has told the police and her parents from day one?
You are saying that she is only a liar and didn’t kill her child. And if it is proved that she killed her baby by accident…did she not still kill that child? Dumping the body in the swamp for the animals to get. What do you think about that?
NONE of it adds up Laura. Caylee is gone and she was the last person to see her. NO mother would act the way she did, not even a she wolf. A she wolf protects her cubs.
We all will see when the trial starts just how innocent she is. Till then, she needs to be in jail. So, she can’t harm anyone else.
I do feel sorry for the Anthony family as they are stuck in the middle. They lived on hope and Casey’s lies until little Caylee was found. Now they don’t even have that. Even George Anthony is breaking under the pressure and is in a mental ward, from a break down. The whole affair is horrible. Hope is gone and reality is all they have now.
