Caylee Anthony Mom-Casey Anthony Makes A Rare Court Appearance in Orlando, Florida. Casey Anthony, is a 22 year old Florida woman, accused of killing her 3 year old daughter. She was forced to make an appearance by the Judge, hearing the case regarding important CD’s and images of the scene where her daughter’s skeletal remains were found.
The hearing started without Casey Anthony. Her defense attorney Jose Baez said she waived her right to appear. Prosecutors objected, saying Anthony should be brought into court and questioned before waiving her appearance right.
Orange County Circuit Judge Stan Strickland agreed and sent deputies to retrieve Anthony from jail, however the hearing did proceed without her.
She later was brought in, wearing navy colored jail scrubs, shackled and handcuffed. She answered Strickland’s questions in a clear voice and confirmed that she had waived her right to appear in court. Judge Strickland had remain for the rest of the hearing. Casey Anthony, 22, is being held for killing her 2 year old daughter Caylee Anthony, who was last reported seen in June. Casey was arrested in October and charged with first degree murder and other offenses, even though Caylee’s body had not been found in October.
Little Caylee Anthony’s skeletal remains were found December 11th, 2008, in a wooded and swampy area about 1/3 mile from the home of her Grandparent’s home, where Caylee and her mother had been living. Authorities have been unable to determine how the girl died but have stated that Caylee was the victim of a homicide.
In the hearing Thursday was mostly about having evidence being given to the media, or the media getting the evidence and having it appear nation wide. For more information about the Thursday hearing, go to CNN News.

This woman makes me very ill. I can’t assume that she did but we all feel she did but as I said so many times and will continue saying “the apple doesn’t fall from the tree”.
Much earlier the grandmother said that nobody will ever know who the father of that child is NOBODY. My feeling is that her own father is the father of Caylee and she will do anything to hide that fact no matter what it takes.
Caylee was two (2) years old at the time of her death and her father has been retired for two (2) years from the police department. Cayse’s mother is a very rough woman and you can see that she runs the house with an iron hand.
You can see there is no ‘”love” in that home by anyone. All I see is this underlining discontent all around.
If you really follow the cookie crumbs they lead back to the grandfather somehow and that is a fact.
I know what they are saying that Cayse might have done it but I think that she was pushed to that point because she was hiding a big secret and it took her over and her mind was bent. As they said one of her boy friends said he didn’t want a girl baby so she might have gone over the edge and killed that innocent child and when you kill your especially a girl child that looked like you you are killing an imagine of yourself.
But of course that is just a thought.
I watched the video of Casey in the court room. It made me sick. The lawyers made me sick……….her face makes me sick. if you watch closely she is all a flutter around those lawyers..flirting away…like she learned to do with “daddy”. That toothy smile of hers is so psychotic, it makes me sick.
I personally think that her brother is the father of Caylee. He won’t take a DNA test.What does that say???????? Can’t they force him to do it?Just open his stupid incestuous mouth and swab the hell out of it. George probably slept with her too. What a wacko family. Trying to act normal on TV………..Caseys’ mom is a real case too. Another liar extrodinaire! She should be arrested for lying to the police and tampering with evidence.
WE ARE ALL OUT HERE WATCHING THIS CASE…………THE JUDGES AND LAWYERS BETTER NOT SCREW THIS ONE UP!!!!! WE HAVE HAD IT OUT HERE !!!! THOSE OF US WHO KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG ARE COUNTING ON JUSTICE IN THIS HEINOUS CASE.
