Why haven’t the prosecution in the case handed over the discs, which contain the images of the little Caylees’ body and X-rays, to the defense this week? The States Attorney’s Office have filed a motion Tuesday, asking to halt the delivery of the discs, citing concerns that the images will be reproduced and sold.
The state claims that because of the huge interest in the case, photos of little Caylee Anthony have already commanded a very large price tag. The State’s Attorney are asking the judge to place special restrictions on the copying of the images, so they’re not sold to the highest bidder, when they hand them over. They’re also asking the judge to place limits on just who Casey’s attorneys can show the pictures to.
Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s attorney is citing to the Judge, that the prosecution’s request creates an “undue and unheard of burden” on the defense, not handing the discs over.
The hearing is scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
For those of you following the case, Florida Corrections Department still not decided whether they will allow Casey Anthony to watch her daughter’s funeral on television, although a spokesman for the Orange County, Florida jail said Monday, “it was possible.”

The only justice for this innocent baby is ALL the people that were involved in this case up to and including the Grand Mother and Grand Father and her brother be put in jail for murder.
They all didn’t love this child enough to protect her from this “mother” that did know anything about being a mother and that is a fact.
I think if everyone would follow the cookie crumbs they would go right back to the grandfather I think that Caylee is his daughter and that is why they didn’t go after their daughter when she left the house and they didn’t go “looking” for their daughter for thirty-one days.
Much earlier on one of the reporters asked the grandmother who did she think the father of Caylee is? she answered “No one will ever know who the father of Caylee is?” To me that meant she already knew who the father of that innocent child really is.
This is such a sick “family” I don’t know where to start. There is an old saying that everyone seems to forget “The Apple Never Falls Far From the Tree” and this tree has a bunch of rotten apples on it and that is a fact.
Right now they have to bury this child so she will be at rest for the time in her life. She is already on the right side of God but now all of us need to have “closure”.
That is what I think ought to happened RIGHT now as far as the trial let chips fall where they may.

When it comes to the picture of the bones etc of this innocent child should never be shown EVER that would add to the abuse of this child after death. There has to be a way to stop this sick thing there has to be a law somewhere to stop this.
If the family “loved” this child they have to step in and stop it, this is a very sick idea and that is a fact.
sick of mothers killing their kids and not getting equalized death penalty treatment. death to tthis diva. she is a psycho/sociopath. she has been a pathological liar her whole miserable life. she knew that the longer she could keep the baby’s disappearance secret, the less forensics would be left. she taped that baby’s mouth, incase the baby revived and therefore could not scream. if in fact the baby was still alive. she ruined many peoples lives; including her parents. i think that will be persecuted for caseys crime. she now thinks she can continue the mascarade of charm, and innocence. she is a monster.
i want to emphasize the parents were fooled the most. they always are. ask anyone who has a child who is a psychopath. the parent is in denial, uninformed, and their in the state of mind, “it can not happen to us.” don’t blame the grandmom and grand pop. because of the monster daughter. grandma/grandpa were the best thing in that little girls life.
I need a pro bono lawyer too. Do you think Casey’s team, when their done with her, help me out?? I am thinking not since my case won’t be on TV!!
If anyone lets that monster called Casey Anthony anywhere near Caylee’s remains, it will make me sick. She took her life, and God knows what she had done to that little angel in the past, and it would be a sin to have her anywhere near her again.
I hope to God that no one ever lets Casey anywhere near Caylee’s body again. It will be a sin to let that happen. She killed her and who knows how many times she knocked Caylee out so she could go out and not she wants to mourn her. It is such a disrespect to that little girl. Also I thought I read that a hair was found on the shovel Casey borrowed from her neighbor. has anyone else seen that ? It also upset me to hear Nancy Grace say the defense may try to put the blame on Jessy Grund or another person. But how can that possibly be… didn’t Casey say she dropped her off at the nanny’s? She will have to say she again lied and change her whole story.
One more question I forgot to ask… was the baby’s remains found in a black trash bag with yellow ties? Nancy run’s clips of George throwing out a trash bag just like that. I hope the police have taken them way back in the beginning because the company that manufactures them can trace them right to the date and time they were made. I hope the trial comes soon so that baby can rest in peace.
