The Morning Banana Diet…The Japanese Love It So Much They Have Run Out Of Bananas. Will you love it too?
Let’s talk about the banana first…Bananas are a valuable source of vitamin B6, vitamin C and potassium. The word banana itself comes from the Arabic word banana, which means “finger.” Bananas are grown in the tropics which means they get a lot of sunlight. That means you are eating sunlight when you eat a banana and that is vitamin C.
Bananas are high in potassium so while you are on this diet, more than likely you will not get leg cramps.
What Do You Eat On The Banana Diet
Bananas silly…It really is a simple diet and the Japanese love it and claim easy weight loss.
Eat up to 3 bananas for breakfast with temped water…lots of water.
Eat a regular lunch…if you want to lose more weight, no junk food and eat regular proportions.
At 3:00PM have a sweet snack like a piece of fruit or 4 small pieces of dark chocolate
Eat a regular supper before 6:00PM. You must eat before 8:00PM. Remember if you eat sensibly and regular proportions you will lose weight and fat faster.
You have to go to bed by 12 o’clock. This is because you need rest and you will not be snacking as you stay up, getting hungry again. When you wake up you will be ready for your bananas and water.
