I really did not pay too much mind to that saying. However, as I found my health rapidly spiraling downward, the investigation to regain my health led me back to the importance of the colon. After I finally and with great trepidation did a colon cleanse with a leading colon cleanse product, my energy started returning. On day 45 of my particular chosen cleanse, I was able to have enough stamina to hike for the first time in years. Gradually, and day by day, after the intestinal cleanse, more and more health improvements in my health were noted.
