		<description>I lost weight without counting a single calorie - about 50 lbs in 6 months :) All it took was cutting out all the sugar, eating healthy stuff like veggies &amp; whole grains and balanced meals, and finding the motivation to exercise :) Just doing those things I think made the calories naturally less, as well as helping burn them off when I worked out :)</description>
