Are you getting your fruits and vegetables…Nutritionists say, you need to get at least 5 a day. So, why not try raw fruits and raw vegetables? In the busy lifestyle of the millennium…do we have time…or what if you don’t even like fruits and vegetables? What then? How are you going to get your fruit nutrients and your vegetable nutrients?

How about doing juice and not the kind that are in the stores. Those have who knows what, in them…but for sure there is going to be high sodium, sugar or corn syrups. And corn syrup does nor count as one of your five fruits and vegetables! Corn syrup…you might as well be shooting it in your veins. Pure sugar.

And if you have Lupus, make sure you eat plenty of carrots. When I first started to eat right for Lupus, I actually turned orangish, I ate and drank so much of them. Once you start eating and drinking healthy, the other poisons that you used to drink and eat will not taste the same. I can’t stand sodas any more and I NEVER thought I would say that. They taste like what I think battery acid would taste like.

Well that is my tip for the day, Oh, that and watch out for celery it is very flavorful.

Remember, 5 fruits and vegetables a day. Eating raw fruits and raw vegetables are a high source of roughage and vitamins. I call them food juices. Drink your way to being heart healthy.
