World’s Oldest Woman Edna Parker Dies
The World’s oldest woman (and person) Edna Parker dies at the amazing age of 115 years old.
Edna Parker died at a nursing home in Shelbyville, Indiana which is the same nursing home where the World’s tallest woman Sandy Allen also lived. Sandy died not too long ago.
Parker was born on 20 April in 1893 and was recognized by Guinness World Records as the oldest living person prior to her death. According to the Gerontology Research Group, Maria de Jesus of Portugal is now the world’s oldest person.
