Woman Who Lost the Weight of Another Person-Tells Her 175 Weight Loss Story

What happens when you are as wide as you are tall…well two years ago, Karen Daniel was wider around than she was tall. Here is her amazing weight loss story of how she lost the weight of another person.
Karen Daniel whose amazing weight loss story is testament to us all. She has lost 175 pounds and says, “It’s a lot harder to be fat than it is to work so hard at being fit.”
Karen weighed in at 375 pounds, was 45 years old, a wife and mother had high blood pressure, her knees were killing her and she was always hot. As if that wasn’t enough, she felt fatigued and could barely breathe at the slightest exertion. Everything was a chore for her.
She recalls that, “I wasn’t living … I was just existing.”
She hadn’t always struggled with her weight. but by the time she was age 22, she weighed 225 pounds.
Karen was a “Food Alcoholic.” Whenever something happened, I used food,” said Daniel. “It was like my drug of choice was food. I never did drugs or alcohol. I was addicted to food.
I ate all the time, I was stuffing my emotions, I was eating my emotions.” Sound familiar?
Well Baby Boomers, you can see the results of Karen’s dramatic weight loss, by looking at her pictures. It was not done by dieting fast or skipping meals. Here are some of her tips, she has graciously given us.

3. Count calories and write everything down.
4. Drink lots of water.
5. Avoid salt and processed foods. Eat fresh as much as possible.
6. If you can’t be honest with other people about your weight, be honest with yourself. Sometimes it is the hardest thing you have to do.
7. Ask for help if you need it,people are willing to support you. Limit your time with those who sabotage you or don’t support your goals.
8. Keep a journal and take pictures so you can see how far you’ve come emotionally and physically.
9. If you go off your program, get right back on. Don’t wait until tomorrow, Monday or the New Year to get started. Just do it and don’t beat yourself up — no one is perfect.

Here is an update to Karen Daniels Story about her AMAZING weight loss. Her Trainer, Bill Crawford told us his side of Karen’s amazing weight loss from his perspective.

She’s such an inspiration. I applaud her. I can certainly relate. Try as I might, I’m not the woman I used to be. I LOVE food of all kinds but I just can’t find the time to do so, no less exercise like I should/want to. That’s resulted in a little extra of me to love, for sure. While I’m soft in many areas, my least favorite is my arm flab! Where did THAT come from? At least I found a solution for that.
Slimpressions. My new favorite staple in my wardrobe. A premium shapewear line to slim my mid-section, back fat AND ARM FLAB! Brilliant! Got mine at Intimacy when I was NY but just saw that herroom.com has free shipping on them. Yeah!
