Tips for panic attacks…
Tony Soprano is a fictional character from “The Sopranos”, but his panic attack story is a prime example of famous people with panic disorder or panic attacks. He starts having chest pains, he blacks out…is rushed to the ER. The doctors can’t find anything wrong with him, so they send him to-what Tony calls “a shrink.”
She gives him drugs, which he eventually has some really bad reactions to…hallucinations, sleeps all the time, from over dosing himself. Doesn’t even get dressed in the day, coming to the dinner table in his robe and PJ’s. He spends countless hours with his doctor. Can’t preform as a husband should with his wife. Can’t work properly and is embarrassed that his friends would know abut his panic disorder or panic attacks and is seeing a “shrink.”
Eventually he kills some colleagues and feels better…OK, that isn’t the norm, but it is for Tony Soprano.
The point is…even if you are a famous person with panic disorder or panic attacks…they are very real and very debilitating.
