8 Year Old Boy Shoots and Kills Dad
In an unbelievable story, an 8 year old boy allegedly shoots both his Dad and another man with a .22 rifle and killing both men. It is almost impossible to imagine someone that young killing two grown people but he is currently in jail for premeditated murder.
Obviously, there will be a lot to do on this case and there are probably some defense attorneys chomping at the bit. But, no matter how you look at it, it is shocking to see some of the things that happen in America when it comes to guns and young people.
The big question is why and where did the gun come from in the first place.

There is so much to this case that we do not know. I hope it all unfolds soon. I am still in disbelief. Why? How? Was the boy abused? A .22 rifle he may be able to get a shot off, but two and then proceed to kill anther. NOt very realistic for a boy his age and experience, right? I do not know it all and hope that someone out there does…
I know it is sad for some one his age to do some thing so horrific.
It will follow him for the rest of his life.
Unless he is a sociopath.
I am sure they are still investigating it.
But, he has confessed.
~~Since you seem to be struggling with his behavior~~
Antisocial Personality Disorder is also known as psychopathy or sociopathy. Individuals with this disorder have little regard for the
feeling and welfare of others. As a clinical diagnosis it is usually limited to those over age 18.
It can be diagnosed in younger people if the they commit isolated antisocial acts and do not show signs of another mental disorder.
Antisocial Personality Disorder is chronic, beginning in adolescence and continuing throughout adulthood. There are ten general symptoms:
not learning from experience
no sense of responsibility
inability to form meaningful relationships
inability to control impulses
lack of moral sense
chronically antisocial behavior
no change in behavior after punishment
emotional immaturity
lack of guilt
self-centered-ness
People with this disorder may exhibit criminal behavior.
…there you have it the definition of a socoipath…I don’t know if he is one but what he did was so horrible…the chances are he could be.

Until I read this, I was a steadfast supporter of the Second Amendment…
I own 2 handguns and have a concealed weapons permit. I also have a loving wife and a precious little six-year old son.
I sold both of my weapons today, and I’m now investigating non-leathal weapons for household protection. Maybe a can of pepper spray that is the size of a small fire extingusher for bears.
No joke… this woke me up.
Hello Bill…
That wasn’t such a hard decision to make as you looked across that table, at your son at the breakfast table was it?
Gun sales have doubles as well as prices since most people are concerned that President Elect Obama is going to halt sales of fire arms.
I grew up with guns. My parents were sportsmen/women. But I knew the danger of guns and I respected them. My sister and I were taught that from day one.
I am glad that you feel secure in giving up your weapons. Some things are more important then hunting bear…
I am still a steadfast supporter of the Second Amendment…
Southern smiles and world peace,
