McCain Earmarks Palin Three Times for Pork Barrel Spending and STILL Picks Her For A Running Mate…I Smell a SKUNK in the Wood Pile!
While looking around for good material about Sarah Palin…I came across this article written by The Los Angeles Times. You will find this piece very interesting because McCain had criticized earmarks for pork barrel spending from Palin, for state spending. Yet he picks her for his running mate. Perhaps he should have chosen the beautiful, Halle Berry she is both an Afro-American and a woman. Or since he “crosses the lines” so much, why not Hilary Clinton…?
In fact, three times in recent years, the Arizona senator’s lists of ‘objectionable’ pork spending have included earmarks requested by his new running mate…Gov. Sarah Palin for state spending. So, it seems that McCains’ pork barrel politics go out the window when ever a cold Alaskan breeze flows through that smells of oil.
This article was written September 3, 2008, but I think it bears a look over again, to see McCains and Palins pork barrel politics and state spending.
There are two ways to look at this article.
- Sarah Palin is a go getter and gets things done…
- Sarah Palin is a two faced liar who does what ever it takes to get money for state spending. Changes her mind when it comes to actual state spending. And is ruthless when it comes to getting what she wants.
Personally, I feel it is the later. And further more, I think she has her eye on the Presidencey, one way or the other. The first way being over John McCains dead body, the later being 2012. You can bet the GOP has it’s hopes on Sarah Palin for 2012. Perhaps this is all a just a prelude for 2012…
