Homemade Chicken Soup-Has Collagens Which LOWERS Blood Pressure Naturally

Homemade Chicken Soup is not only considered penicillin for a cold but now it has been found that chicken soup also has collagen proteins, that lower blood pressure.

ACE inhibitors.

Japanese researchers have found that collagen proteins found in chicken may actually lower blood your pressure. What these collagens appear to do, is act like the blood pressure medications called ACE inhibitors.

Here are some medical wrongs, that ace inhibitors can cure or reduce:

* Prevention of cardiovascular disorders
* Congestive heart failure (CHF)
* Hypertension
* Left ventricular dysfunction
* Prevention of nephropathy in diabetes mellitus

In several of these indications, ACE inhibitors are used as first line defense and have been clinically shown to be superior to other classes of drugs in the reduction of morbidity and mortality. How cool is that?

When you are making homemade chicken soup…remember it is actually the chicken that has the collagen…not all of the other goodies you add with it. And hold off on the salt…or you will be undoing all of the the good with sodium. So, homemade chicken soup or chicken soup base is good with out salt. Canned chicken soup had HUGE amounts of salt. Read the labels.

Here is another little bit of interest…it is not chicken breast that has the higher doses of collagen it is the legs and feet that have the collagen. In fact it has four kinds of protein. Chicken breast meat contained only small amounts of collagen too little to be used to develop food and medications for high blood pressure. But chicken legs and feet contain much more collagen. In fact the legs and feet have 4 kinds of protein. Those collagens will be able to make blood pressure medicine with. A natural blood pressure medicine. Won’t that be great?

Here is what they have found out about the chicken collagen…”Chicken collagen hydrolysate prepared in this study was composed of foods that can be easily incorporated into the daily diet. By incorporating these foods into meals, normalization of blood pressure will be achieved without compromising the quality of life of those who need such foods.”
