Josh Pykes’ Guitar Boat Makes The News But Not Music

This boat belongs to Musician Josh Pyke and he is going to use it in a video for his new song ‘Make You Happy.’ This very special boat was created to the exact specifications of the Maton acoustic guitar that Josh Pyke performs with.

Australian singer Josh Pyke does not regularly ride through the Sydney Harbor in his totally awesome guitar boat nor does he take it out for fishing trips. The boat is a just a massive prop made for his new music video, “Make You Happy.” That is all…just a prop…I think it is pretty awesome, but needs to be used. Kudos to the craftsmen that made it.

But now that he has it, he might as well keep it. Really, what’s more awesome than a huge guitar, that doubles as a boat? If it could really play music…that would be totally cool.
