Sarah Palin Violated A Statute of The Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act
Alaska Courts Find Governor Sarah Palin Guilty as Charged-She Sarah Palin Violated A Statute of The Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act

Sarah Palin unlawfully abused her power as governor by trying to have her former brother-in-law fired as an Alaskan State Trooper.
The politically charged inquiry imperils her reputation as a reformer on John McCain’s Republican ticket…
Investigator Stephen Branchflower, who headed a bipartisan panel that investigated the matter, found Gov. Palin in violation of a state ethics law that prohibits public officials from using their office for personal gain. The nearly 300 page report did not recommend sanctions or a criminal investigation.
The report also found that Gov. Palins’ husband, Todd Palin, had extraordinary access to the governor’s office and her closest advisers. He used that access to try to get Alaskan Trooper Mike Wooten fired. Gov. Palin did nothing to stop that action.
The inquiry was about her dismissal of Public Safety Commissioner Walter Monegan, who said he lost his job because he resisted pressure to fire a state trooper involved in a bitter divorce with the Governor Palins’ sister.
Governor Palin still claims that Monegan was fired as part of a legitimate budget dispute and insubordination.
The report found that Palin let the family grudge influence her decision making, even if it was not the sole reason Monegan was dismissed.
“I feel vindicated,” Monegan said. “It sounds like they’ve validated my belief and opinions. And that tells me I’m not totally out in left field.”
Bottom line, Gov. Palin violated a statute of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act…What ever would she do, if she was Vice President of The United States??? That X-Brother-in-law, Trooper Wooten, would kiss his trooper butt…goodbye!
Branchflower faulted Gov. Sarah Palin for taking no action to stop the proceedings. He also noted there is evidence that shows Governor Palin participated in the effort, herself.
There you have it Baby Boomers…If you did it and you are running for an Office…some one will find it…
