Perhaps you would let me post My Mediterranean Recipes on your site? I just posted one with Mahi-Mahi...just don&#039;t look at some of my chocolate recipes, you will ban me from your blog &lt;smile&gt;.

		<description>There are additional documented medical benefits to the tradtional Mediterranean diet:  longer life spans, lower rates of cancer (breast, prostate, colon, and uterus) and heart attacks, lower rates of dementia and Parkinsons disease, and prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus.  It also seems to improve control of asthma and prevent chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 

Unfortunately, most people will not lose excess fat weight simply by eating Mediterranean-style.  You have to limit caloric intake in some way.  For anyone interested, I have published a free Mediterranean weight-loss program here:
