Baby Boomers, what’s the deal with eating Chinese food and being hungry an hour later? Is there some kind of Chinese food secret ingredient that causes that to happen, or is it our imaginations?
Apparently, there must be a small morsel of truth to the idea that Chinese food makes you hungry faster than other meals because it’s a common topic on many other sites. What’s your theory, Baby Boomers???

Hello, yes it is not a nice feeling to be full, and yet not feel it.I experienced this in Hong Kong one time.Went into two more Restaurants later, but could not eat any more. The problem is in eating only tasty things.You must balance having some tasty foods with some filling bland food.In other words, have sweet and sour fish but then order some White rice,steaming fluffy white rice.Also, do not eat only a little of this rice, but a lot.
You see,much of Chinese Cuisine was based on making the most of scant resources.Make something of protein tasty, so that the bulk of what you do have is then balanced culinarily.

Not being much of a meat eater, especially red, I eat a lot of rice noodles. Plus, I feed it to my dogs as well. Unfortunately, they are meat eaters…<>

so a recipe/
a very simple one or speed and I will try to make it fairly meat free…
Get some dried noodles, egg or not,or even green tea or ordinary Soba (buckwheat) noodles.Get any of these al Dente,rinse in clear water and then leave in a bowl.
Separately,have some oil that you like which presently can be Camelia flower ,avocado ,olive oil,or peanut toasted dashed into a bowl.splash in some light soy, some dark soy, and then either some yaki soba sauce or some oyster sauce or even not if vegan and finally some Xylitol natural rice bran sugar substitute (or even sugar) .If you want o keep the lava lamp look of all the separate ingredients, then leave as is and then dip noodles into this mixture before eating.But usually I am famished,doing this dish at super speed, so just toss the sauce mixture on top of my noodles and then dig in.
Simple one for speed not ‘or’ speed.
