Add a little salt, pepper, oregano and top with a sprinkle of olive oil and parmesan cheese.  esp. on broccoli.  Actually if possible your diet should be at least 50% vegetables and fruit.  This is not difficult.  Raw and cooked are both good.  How about taking some cauliflower, carrots, onions, broccoli  and steam them together...Take the left over veggies and cut them up in a salad for the next day.
