This is a direct, no holds barred, straight to the point, free diet plan that will help anyone who is serious about tackling this issue of too much weight once and for all.
Push-Aways
Let’s start with a simple but vastly misunderstood exercise of “push-aways.” Many of you may have already heard about how beneficial push~aways are as a daily exercise while others are hearing about them for the first time. So, let’s get to how they are accomplished.
It’s quick and easy. Push your fat A-S-S away from the table from time to time. Start with your feet planted firmly on the floor and raise both arms until your palms are facing the edge of the table.
Place palms flat against the table edge and thrust backwards while simultaneously raising your feet approximately 3~4 inches off the floor. Hopefully, you will have gained enough clearance between you and the plate to comfortably get up and go run a few kilometers.
Suck It Up
No, we are not talking about health drinks and smoothies. The next thing you need to do if you are truly in the mode to lose weight is to suck it up. If you have ever spent any time in the military, or a tough boy scout troop, you have heard the term. It basically means to quit whining. Self pity is not a strong point, nor will it help you to lose a single pound. No need to keep telling the whole world about your weight issues and how society does not accept you. You have two simple approaches.
1. Suck it up.
2. Efff society (efff is not a real word in case you try to look it up).
Do Something
Finally, it’s time to wrap up this weight loss plan. The final thing you need to do if you really want to lose weight is take action. It’s that simple. Nike said it best…Just Do It. You can start by referring to numbers one and two above to get started quickly. After that, turn off the idiot tube and get going. You don’t need any complicated program to make it happen. What you need is a few less cheetos and a few more walks around the block.
By the way, if you have some kind of major health condition, this article does not really apply to you. It’s mainly for the professional excuse makers. You know who “we” are.

Free Diet Plan for Big Boned People
There are no big secrets to losing weight. However, it continues to be a multi~billion dollar industry with millions of people looking for the magic bullet in getting rid of unwanted pounds. If you are a realist, you already know that there is no magic bullet without putting your health at substantial risk.
However, there are some things that you can do that will help to fight against pounds you no longer want.
Know When to Stop
Did your mother tell you to eat everything on your plate as a kid because people were starving in Africa or some kind of comment close to that? Well, that kind of long term conditioning is one small reason that many overweight people are unable to stop eating until every bite is gone. It’s not that childhood story that you should focus on but what kind of conditioning do you have mentally?
Obviously, mental conditioning is not the only reason for your current struggle but it is definitely part of the problem. Tony Robbins actually talked about a point in his life where he was able to change his thought patterns and push food away even when his plate was not “cleaned” or completely empty. Can you do that today?
Be Confident
There are many different topics that can be addressed when it comes to confidence but mainly we are talking about your ability to believe in yourself and ignore what others say.
Yes, that is easier said than done especially in a society that pays such close attention to anything in the media and considers Beyonce’ to be a so called big girl (what are they smoking?). The bottom line is that you have to learn to tune out the naysayers whether they are talking about your weight or some other issue…and move forward. You can do it. Ultimately, it takes a decision. The question is will you make the decision or will your doctor make it for you?
Take Action
The key to success in any plan, from losing fat to making large amounts of moolah, is to take action.
You can study tips all day long, and consult with a multitude of experts, but action is the secret ingredient to success. The problem is that we often believe that a “little” action is wasted action. False. Your goal might be to run a 5K race immediately but you are not going to do it on day one.
Don’t be too greedy. It does not mean that you are not accomplishing your goal just because you can’t see immediate results. That’s where a little faith comes in. It is faith in your plan, as well as faith in yourself, that will lead you to success. Without those two things, your mission to lose weight will be 100 times more difficult.
By the way, it will be tough but most things that are worthwhile fall into that category. Now, take the tips in version one or version two (whichever you prefer) and put your plan IN ACTION.
It’s best to find some type of exercise that you will “enjoy” doing on a weekly basis and try to do it with a workout partner if at all possible.
Finally, let’s say it again, you have to make it happen. If you don’t make it happen, who will? Life does not go on forever and this is especially true if you are not in the best of health. Good Luck.
