Water Conservation Tips

Summer is here…I live in Florida and some years we have really wet summers/years and others we are in a danger zone…So, here are some easy water conservation tips
But one thing we do not need to take for granted is WATER…
You can mark my words when I say that it is going to be the gold bullion one day…
Forget cash and cars and homes…it will be water.
Ask the people in Burma what they would give for some clean water right now.
Even though you may see this as FAR FAR away…take heed now. DO NOT waste water.
Here is a good rule to follow on watering your yards. Some areas are different so check into your area for rules or read that literature in your water bill. Even those of you who have wells take heed.
Water outdoors only when needed, before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m., and no more than two days each week. Learn more about the lawn and landscape irrigation rules in your area.
Run the dishwasher when it is full.
Use a glass to brush your teeth instead of letting the water run.
Get smaller toilets or put bricks inside the water holder to use less water.
And my most favorite one…Bath with your husband.
