Older Cars get better GAS Mileage…that is the trend people are taking to pay less at the pumps.
Gas stations are seeing an increase in gas drive offs because of the escalating gas prices. But if you don’t want to be a thief…then buy an older car or pull out that second car that doesn’t look as pretty but can pass a gas station!
People are getting rid of gas guzzlers and fixing up older cars for the gas mileage.
I remember the same thing happened when the auto industry went sky high on new car prices…people pulled out their older cars…put kits on them, painted them up and protested the price increase. Once again we need to be creative. This time, fighting the inflation at the pumps. RECYCLE!
As some Baby Boomers know…”cars are like horses, “all you need is something to get
you from POINT A……….to……….point B.”
So, Baby Boomers, here is another option for you…don’t sit home waiting for gas prices to come down. That is SO NOT going to happen! Pull out that old clunker and get back on the road!
