Recipe: Asparagus with Feta & Lemon Vinaigrette

Eating healthy is simple, easy and delicious as this recipe proves. The velvety asparagus mingles with tangy feta in a simple lemon dressing.
These are some of my favorite flavors, all combined into a light summer salad or light meal.
Ingredients for a serving for four.
